Liz Lobotsky, LCSW
Connecticut Telehealth Team (She/Her)
I’m Liz, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Connecticut in Florida. I have worked in the mental health field for over a decade in various roles, including as a Recovery Support Specialist and case manager. I am comfortable working with people from all walks of life and look forward to helping people discover their wants, needs, and strengths. I recognize seeking help can be difficult, or even intimidating; and our day to day responsibilities often overshadow the important self-care needs we all have. However, therapy can be an amazing opportunity to help figure out a healthy balance in our lives.
My priority is to meet my clients where they are, so I can walk beside them on their healing journey. We will go at your pace and work on the goals that you identify. My passion is helping those with trauma, complicated relationships, attachment related difficulties, and who struggle with how they feel about themselves. I like to implement a combination of CBT and DBT-informed interventions to help my clients heal, break out of toxic patterns, and build rich and rewarding lives.
