About Small Victories Wellness Services: Small Victories Wellness is a group psychotherapy practice that provides mental health treatment and support to clients throughout the states of Connecticut and Missouri. Minimum Qualification Requirements:
Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, etc.
Must hold a current, independent professional clinical license in CT or MO (Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW. LPC-A, LMSW and pre-licensed Psychologists welcome to apply)
Commitment to maintaining a caseload of 25 clients per week (55 minute sessions)
Other Qualification Preferences:
Prior experience providing individual psychotherapy
Have at least one niche market for counseling services (i.e., children, teens, trauma, anxiety, grief, anger management, etc.).
Current approval as an in-network provider with insurance companies.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform telehealth and in-person clinical counseling services to clients of Small Victories Wellness Services as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies.
Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work is required.
Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for Small Victories Wellness Services.
Respond to clients requests for service or calls within 24 hours whether such requests are made in person, by phone, voicemail, etc. or through the Small Victories Wellness Services website. Respond to such requests by meeting, evaluating, and providing services to such clients.
Communicate with a clients’ treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as necessary.
Timely complete written records for each patient including, but not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time-to-time by Small Victories Wellness Services or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the patient within a timely fashion (by Friday of each week). Keep client files accurate and up to date.
Attend mandatory staff meetings and training as directed by Small Victories Wellness Services.
Conduct and regulate counseling services in a professional manner in accordance with practice values and in a way that upholds and improves the reputation of Small Victories Wellness Services. Be respectful of and cooperative and collaborative with co-workers.
Engage in various networking and marketing efforts when requested.
