We are searching for full-time independently licensed clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, and Psychologists) to join our team who are independently driven and appreciative of quality work and attention to detail. We are looking for team members who fit well into our practice dynamic, have the desire to contribute to building community, and are open to change as we continue to grow and evolve as a practice. Leadership opportunities could also be available.
Small Victories Wellness is building up teams of therapists remotely across the state of CT with plans to transition to in-person services and physical locations in the future. Options to remain fully or partially remote indefinitely are available. We are currently hiring for teams in the following regions:
Middletown
Windham
Fairfield
Position Requirements
Must hold a current professional clinical license in the state of CT (Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW).
Commitment to maintaining a caseload of 25 clients per week (55 minute sessions)
Willingness to work two evenings per week in the office and open to working remote on Fridays (Please be advised that our staff are currently completely remote and providing telehealth only due to COVID-19). Permanent remote work could also be an option.
Responsibilities of Clinician
Full-time clinicians commit to seeing 25 clients per week (55 minute sessions). The clinician will be responsible for maintaining appropriate clinical documentation and creating and implementing treatment plans. Clinician must adhere to all CT laws and ethical codes for their profession. They will also be responsible for scheduling their own clients following their initial appointment. The clinician will be required to attend biweekly staff meetings and other periodic meetings and in-house professional trainings.
